  • How do I cancel or change my order?
    You can cancel or change your order before it delivers by contacting us as soon as possible.
  • How do I edit or update my details?
    Follow these simple steps: 1. Sign up an account. 2. Log in "Member Account" page. 3. Go to "My Account", you can update your personal details. 4. Go to "My Address", you can edit and manage your address.
  • How do I track my order?
    Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a comfirmation email with a tracking number that you can use to track your order through third-party courier tracking system.
  • How much does shipping cost?
    We offer standard free shipping on all orders over $39 to most metro areas within Australia. Including VIC, NSW, QLD, SA, and TAS. The postage cost is $9.50 flat rate on orders under $39 to most metro. ​*WA metro areas and ACT cost $9.5 when ordering over $39. *Most state's regional areas' flat rates are charged $19.5 on all orders. *NT and all remote areas delivery rates are charged as $29.5 on all orders. A physical street address is required for all deliveries. No delivery to PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers, Locked Bags, or Post Offices. (Overseas/International wide shipping service is not available currently)
  • Who will deliver my order?
    Your order willl be delivered by Couriers Please, StarTrack / AU Post and other services, depending on your parcel size and destination address.
  • Are you able to deliver to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers?
    Sorry, we are not able to deliver to PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers, Locked Bags or any Post Offices. A physical street address is required for all deliveries.
  • How long does delivery take?
    We locate in Melbourne, in general, same city deliveries arrive overnight and deliveries to nearby cities within 2-3 business days. Regional areas in Australia may take up to 12 business days. Our partner couriers do not offer an express or guaranteed overnight delivery service.
  • What happens if I miss my delivery?
    The parcel will be sent with an 'authority to leave' by default, the driver will leave the parcel in a safe place at your address. However, if the driver considers it unsafe to drop it off, they will leave you a card with redelivery information or send it to a nearby popshop / convenience store for collection. Additionally, please rest assured that we will take full responsibility for any lost parcels.
  • Can I return or refund my order?
    Yes! We have stress-free returns policy as well as friendly customer service to make everything easier for you. See our full Returns & Refunds page for more information, or simply Contact Us before you decide to make a return.
  • How long will it take to receive my refund?
    Once your return item received and approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your bank card or original method of payment. The refund period may takes between 3 to 12 working days.
  • Who are you?
    FUN. Pet Store is an Australian owned e-commerce business, located in Melbourne, under parent company - Starline Golden Grass Pty Ltd (since 2014). We are a young team filled with warm-hearted and pet-loving people around Australia and Singapore.
  • How do you keep price lower?
    We dedicate a new e-commerce platform, which is manufacturer to consumer (M2C), so we are the channel in between to bring first-hand price and greater quality. As a virtual operator, it allows to keep our cost low and passing the benefits down to our customers.
