Shipping Guide

Standard free shipping on all orders over $39 to most metro and major regional areas within Australia. 

Including VIC, NSW, ACT, QLD, SA, and TAS.

The postage cost is $9.50 flat rate on orders under $39 to most metro.

​*WA metro areas and other state's remote areas delivery flat rates are charged $19.5 on all orders. 

*NT and WA remote areas delivery rates are charged as $29.5 on all orders.

A physical street address is required for all deliveries.

No delivery to PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers, Locked Bags or Post Offices.

(Overseas/International wide shipping service is not available currently)

For the safety of you and our drivers, we have introduced contact-free delivery.

Drivers will drop off your parcel in a safe place at your address where you choose "Authority to Leave", without getting a signature, may leave on your doorstep, lobby or another area designated by you to avoid any unnecessary contact.

If you have problems with your delivery please contact us, and we'll always work with you to address any issues.

Important Note: 

  • We use a third party: SENDLE/ Pack & Send / Aramex as the courier to deliver goods safely to your door.

  • ( Through the system we currently use a combination of Couriers Please, StarTrack and TNT services)

  • We locate in Melbourne's southern suburb. In general, same-city deliveries arrive in 3-6 business days and deliveries to nearby cities within 3-10 business days. Regional Australia may take up to 14 business days.

  • We do not currently offer an express or guaranteed overnight delivery service. (Coming soon)

  • Your order may take up to 1-3 working days to be dispatched, but we will always try to process your order as quickly and efficiently as we can.

  • Please note, we’ll email you again when your order arrives. That email will include a tracking number.

  • All items are tracked by every courier's tracking system. 

  • If you miss the parcel, we consider two situations. Firstly, if the parcel was sent with an authority to leave, the driver will leave the parcel in a safe place at the address. However, if you require a signature, the driver will leave a card and you can arrange redelivery with that. You can contact an individual courier if you can't find the card, though. And they'll be happy to help you to arrange it.

  • If the parcel cannot be delivered again, it may be left at one of 1400 local collection points. Collection points may include newsagents or service stations.

  • FUN. Pet Store can't be held responsible for goods delayed or lost by delivery, however, we will do our very best to ensure that your items are delivered safely and efficiently.
